We also help foreign investors wishing to relocate their capital to the US or establish a branch of their foreign entity in the US.
Our team has unique expertise in documentation of complex source of funds originated from ex-Soviet Union and Eastern European countries and provides consulting services to private parties and other attorneys on source of funds issues. Immigrant Categories
Every fiscal year (October 1st – September 30th), approximately 140,000 employment-based immigrant visas are made available to qualified applicants under the provisions of U.S. immigration law.
Non-immigrant Visas
If you want to work in the U.S. temporarily, under immigration law, you need a specific visa based on the purpose of your travel and type of work you will be doing.
