Global Practice focuses on assistance to executives, managers, investors, professionals and essential technical personnel.

We advise clients wishing to obtain work visas that allow temporary stay in the US for the employment purposes (such as E1/E2, H1B, L1A, O1) and subsequently become permanent residents based on their skills and employment status. We also help foreign investors wishing to relocate their capital to the US or establish a branch of their foreign entity in the US.

Our team has unique expertise in documentation of complex source of funds originated from ex-Soviet Union and Eastern European countries and provides consulting services to private parties and other attorneys on source of funds issues. Our founding attorney, Natalia Polukhtin, has been  named among Top 25 Immigration Attorneys by EB5 Investors Magazine.

Immigrant Categories

Every fiscal year (October 1st – September 30th), approximately 140,000 employment-based immigrant visas are made available to qualified applicants under the provisions of U.S. immigration law.

Non-immigrant Visas

If you want to work in the U.S. temporarily, under immigration law, you need a specific visa based on the purpose of your travel and type of work you will be doing.

Additional Services

Immigration strategy often requires resolution of collateral issues unrelated to immigration benefit, such as corporate restructuring or elimination of grounds of inadmissibility for primary applicant.

Native to Moscow, Russia, Natalia earned her graduate and undergraduate degrees from Moscow State University before obtaining a law degree from Mercer University School of Law.

As an immigrant herself, Natalia successfully and effectively represents her clients throughout the immigration process by utilizing her foreign language skills, multicultural heritage, and her ability to empathize with those from across the globe. She is a blogger, speaker and consultant on investment immigration issues.
